Democratic Primary Election
The future of Howard County will be decided on June 23.
With no Republican candidates in this race, the Democratic primary is the election. The outcome on primary day will determine who represents District 4 on the County Council.
This is a critical moment for our community. The next Councilmember will help shape decisions on our schools, housing, public safety, and the long-term direction of our county.
Every vote matters. Make a plan to vote early, by mail, or in person on June 23 and be part of building a stronger, more connected Howard County.

Evening Reception
Register at bit.ly/EvelynMar23
As we head toward the Democratic primary, this moment feels especially important. Our district is ready for leadership that listens first, bridges people and policy, and focuses on what truly matters: strong schools, safe and connected communities, attainable housing, and a sustainable future for Howard County, which includes supporting local businesses like Ranazul.
I hope you’ll join me and our campaign for an evening reception at one of my favorite local gathering places, Ranazul Kitchen and Wine Bar located right in my neighborhood: 6420 Freetown Rd Suite 120 Columbia, MD 21044.
This reception is a chance to connect, ask questions, and help fuel the next phase of our campaign.
